Job Purpose

The Content Creator manages the virtual platform according to the project objectives, as he carries out research, follow-up, and compilation of everything related to the platform’s objective and scientific content, then he carries out the process of sorting concepts and classifications, managing the uploading and storage process, and internal and external archiving. The lead editor crafts events and publications in a style that is directly proportional to the thematic content of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Completely manage the virtual platform and follow all its tabs at all times.
  • Permanent follow-up and research in all contexts related to the content of the virtual platform and grouping topics according to the platform’s algorithm.
  • Collecting and sorting topics and events according to the classifications of tabs on the platform, and auditing and scientific follow-up of the content of the topics.
  • Uploading all events and topics in the form of clear and organized publications within the special tabs on the site, and permanently filtering the tabs to ensure the quality of the uploading process.
  • Continuously review a wide range of major news sites – on social media – related to the platform’s content, and transfer everything new and store it on the platform by uploading.

Consultancy Service Proposal: Organizational Capacity Assessment of HIS (Health Information System) Unit

Objective: To conduct a comprehensive organizational capacity assessment of the HIS (Health Information System) unit, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and gaps. The results will provide actionable recommendations to enhance the unit’s capacity at both the central and field levels.

Workplace: Gaziantep/Türkiye

Duration of work: 28 days (3-4 weeks)

Period of work: 6-8 hours per day, according to completion percentage.

1.Scope of Work

1.1 Assessment Objectives

  • Identify current strengths and areas of expertise within the HIS unit.
  • Analyze existing gaps, weaknesses, or deficiencies in skills, knowledge, processes, or resources.
  • Recommend specific training or capacity-building interventions tailored to the identified needs.

  • Data Accuracy: Perform in-depth reviews of data submissions to identify errors, discrepancies, outliers, or anomalies from a clinical perspective. Follow up to resolve issues and ensure highest levels of data accuracy.
  • Data Quality: Collaborate closely with Data Management team to develop, implement, and monitor data quality assurance plans, frameworks, and standards. Identify and execute on opportunities to continuously improve health data quality.
  • Timely Reporting: Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of all requested HIS reports.
  • Representation: Serve as a representative and thought leader in organizational and external meetings, providing key medical insights and perspectives on health data and analytics.
  • Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on HIS products, data trends, analyses, and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Effective Reporting: Provide insightful, accurate reports and recommendations that translate data into actionable insights for organizational leaders and external partners.
  • Issue Resolution: Monitor data issues, lead root cause analyses, develop corrective actions, and track through to resolution. Document processes.
  • Engagement: Lead outreach to potential partners and stakeholders. Foster collaboration to promote HIS adoption and effective utilization of data to guide programs and policies.
  • Process Improvements: Assess existing data flows, systems, and team workflows. Identify and implement process optimizations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and policies related to public health data. Remain current on privacy, security, and ethical regulations.

Qualification (Education/Work Experience)

  1. Essential:

– Medical degree nursing, pharmacy, medicine or any related field

-Very good/advanced in English, Mother tongue of Arabic

– Good with data technologies, analytics, visualization, and reporting

Main Tasks:

  • Perform the proper maintaining of filing system/record and personnel files both hard copies and soft copies in the Shared Folder.
  • facilitate the recruitment and hiring processes in a timely manner.
  • Assist in communicating with interview candidates and scheduling for tests and interviews.
  • Support staff exits process including exit interviews.
  • Ensure new staff receives appropriate orientation and induction.
  • Ensure that leave, recruitment, and training trackers are updated on a regular basis.
  • Prepare employee contracts and all documents, in addition to working in time sheets and payrolls.
  • Follow up on the legal status of employees and their work permits, to ensure that all employees are legally registered with Social Insurance.
  • Monitor attendance management system and perform monthly spot checks.
  • Perform any other reasonable duty as may be assigned that is consistent with the nature of the job and its level of responsibility.
  • Participate in preparing and implementing the training plan for employees and follow up on conducting mandatory trainings for employees.
