Basline Gender Assessment

This baseline assessment is conducted for the Tatweer Programme which is designed to build the capacity of local governance structures to provide effective essential services to Syrians and to promote good governance in Syria. The objective of this assessment is to best support the role of women which will support mapping out the opportunities and obstacles of women involvement in decision-making, leadership and project implementation. The assessment targeted women currently engaged in the Local Councils (LCs) or Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and other positions in the community.
