UN recent humanitarian aid

for Masaya, Kafraya and Foa

The international community kept pushing the Syrian Regime to deliver humanitarian aid to some besieged areas in Syria. Finally, the Syrian Arab Red Crescent made a contact with controlling forces to enter humanitarian aid to besieged town of Madaya in Rural Damascus that was besieged since July 5, 2015 and to Kafraya and Foa villages in Idleb countryside. It should be noted that UN has considered Kafraya and Foa as besieged area, despite the continuous provision of air lift by regime to those villages and securing all its requirements including food assistance, fuel, weaponry and even salaries for fighters.
