The DPU aims to strengthen societal resilience and stability through its activities and projects, whether for local communities or Syrians in the diaspora.

It also aims to empower society by investing in local resources, activating human resources, and improving response, whether in the short or long term, to create an environment for the transition to early recovery and stabilization.

Promoting civil society along with its values and cohesion through active and core participation of women and youth.

Supporting the stability of Syrian civil societies and reducing rates of immigration and asylum seekers.

Supporting early recovery and governance programs that support stability and investment in local and human resources.

Promoting the principles of human rights and the rule of law.

Contributing to raising the educational level of Syrian students and protecting Syrian youth from extremism.
