The report on Northern Ar-Arraqa and Al-Hasakeh governorates sheds light on the situation of the area controlled by the National Army (Opposition factions supported by Turkey). It includes information on the sub-districts of Ras Al-Ain, Tell Abiad, and Suluk. The report presents information on data on two levels, information on the whole area as the report used this level to present information on the demography, tribes, basic services, governance, and economic reality.
