Northern Aleppo Countryside is considered one of the main revolution’s strongholds and the biggest reservoir of population. The liberation of this area was strategically important in supporting the Syrian Revolution, as it is the only crossing to Turkish lands. Humanitarian aid is passed to out of regime control areas and injured people are transferred to Turkish hospitals through this crossing.
