Winter needs in Northern Syria camps

Edition 6

The Information Management Unit (IMU), of The Assistance Coordination Unit (ACU), issues the sixth edition of the report “Winter Needs in Northern Syria camps” to shed light on the reality of the camps, the nature of the places of residence of IDPs and their age groups, as well as the risks that may threaten IDPs in the camps in the upcoming winter, depending on the difficulties that the camps have faced during the previous years of the Syrian crisis. The report also includes information on the most critical needs and the size of needs, according to the international standards for humanitarian response. The report further draws attention to the most important practices that should be followed by IDPs and those in charge of the camps to reduce the impact of natural disasters that may occur threatening IDPs’ lives.
